JPMorgan Strategist: AI Stock Sell-off Will Ease
JPMorgan strategists believe that the market's concerns over financing for AI development are overstated, and investors have significantly reduced their positions in related stocks. The recent sell-off of AI-related stocks may gradually lose momentum. The strategist team led by Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou pointed out that investors' large bets on semiconductor stocks have largely been unwound, including those from hedge funds and trend-following investors. Overall position indicators have significantly decreased from the peak in mid-September, which may limit further downside potential.
