The Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked approximately 10% of Wildberries' logistics infrastructure with drones, resulting in the incapacitation of 8% of the company's warehouses. The strikes affected facilities in Elektrostal, Kotovsk, Krasnodar, and Nevinnomyssk. Full restoration of all four sites may require 35.5 billion rubles. The reduction of logistics capacity by 8% will negatively impact delivery times and the distribution of inventory. The logistics center in Krasnodar was the main hub for the southern region of the country, and its loss isolates a key macro-region. Wildberries may redistribute flows to remote warehouses and engage third-party logistics operators. Seller losses from the attacks could amount to 100-120 billion rubles if the warehouses were fully loaded. The strikes have already caused damage exceeding 2.3 billion dollars and may lead to supply chain issues and accelerate inflation.
