UpRoot Company Signs MOU with Ho Chi Minh Blockchain Association

UpRoot Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ho Chi Minh Blockchain Association (HBA) to establish a digital asset education infrastructure in Vietnam and expand the Korea-Vietnam blockchain ecosystem. The agreement was signed on August 20 at the Disky Hall Sala Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City, with both parties agreeing to enhance cooperation in digital asset education, joint research, and industrial network development. HBA is a Vietnamese blockchain industry organization that collaborates with government agencies, universities, research institutes, and global tech companies. UpRoot Company plans to develop education programs tailored to the Vietnamese market in partnership with HBA and to enhance exchanges between the digital asset ecosystems of both countries. In particular, the two parties will jointly develop a customized 'Bitcoin School' education program and produce a Vietnamese version of the 'Bitcoin Diploma' adopted by the Ministry of Education of El Salvador. Additionally, they will promote joint research analyzing digital asset market trends, policies, and technologies, and regularly hold workshops and seminars to support digital asset education and industry development in Vietnam. UpRoot Company's BitSaving is a systematic investment solution that allows users to purchase digital assets in small amounts, automatically adjusting the purchase ratio according to market conditions.
