The dark side of the moon seeks to raise $1 billion in financing, with a valuation potentially reaching $18 billion

Chinese artificial intelligence startup Moonshot AI is seeking a new round of financing, with a target amount of up to $1 billion. After the financing is completed, the company's valuation will reach approximately $18 billion.
Currently, the investors participating in this round of financing have not been determined. Moonshot AI's product is the Kimi chatbot. In terms of valuation, the company was valued at $4.3 billion after completing a $500 million financing at the end of last year; in February this year, it completed another $700 million financing, raising its valuation to $10 billion, with Alibaba and Tencent both participating.
