Sale of Arterium Corporation Has Begun

The Arterium Corporation, which includes Galichpharm and Kyivmedpreparat, has started to be offered to potential buyers in the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market. There is no official confirmation of the start of sales, and it is unclear who authorized intermediaries to seek an investor. Offers for acquisition have come through groups of lawyers and investment bankers, who did not present the deal as a sale from Konstantin Zhevago. One of the owners of the pharmaceutical manufacturer stated that his company has not begun negotiations due to the lack of direct contact with the owner. LIGA.net has not received documents confirming the authority of the intermediaries. At the end of 2025, Arterium announced a change of shareholders, but their names have not been disclosed. The key assets of the company include Galichpharm and Kyivmedpreparat, which produce about 170 medicines. In 2025, Arterium ranked seventh in Ukraine in terms of pharmacy sales volumes. Legal disputes have arisen around the corporation's assets, including allegations of raiding by the company Sky-Development. In July 2026, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency signed a management contract for seized real estate related to Zhevago.
