Allora Sets Criteria for Mainnet Entry through Worker Promotion Automation

Allora has automated the promotion and demotion of testnet workers to the mainnet. This system determines whether a worker can enter the mainnet based on statistical indicators, and if performance deviates significantly from the criteria, the worker will be demoted back to the testnet. The Allora team unveiled the 'promotion and relegation system' of Forge on the 13th. The evaluation criteria consist of seven items: directional accuracy, Pearson correlation, WRMSE improvement, WCZAR improvement, log aspect ratio, normalized mean offset, and participation rate. To be promoted, a worker must meet the minimum valid sample size, exceed 50% directional accuracy, show positive correlation, improve on two loss metrics, maintain appropriate variance, and exceed a 90% participation rate. The demotion criteria are stricter than those for promotion and apply in cases of poor performance, significant deviation, extreme bias, or inactivity. Newly promoted workers are given a 30-day grace period, and the number of active workers is limited to no fewer than five. This update focuses on establishing Forge as a pathway to mainnet entry, with Allora introducing the Forge identity on July 22 and adding volatility topics for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, and Solana to the mainnet on August 6. The Allora mainnet and ALLO token were announced on November 11, 2025, and went live on November 12.
